- Melanie LeFur– Jezika was my Sales Manager for for the past five years, and she completely changed my life! I now earn three times the amount I had ever earned in previous positions, largely due to her steady, enthusiastic mentorship. She has the good instincts needed to select candidates who are great matches for their positions. Her sales acumen is second to none, which inspires trust in her team! For example, her closing ratio was higher than anyone in the history of our organization. That can be attributed to her uncanny ability to read both people and situations to determine how best to move clients forward. She trained dozens of Design Consultants all over the nation and led us to exponential growth and success. She developed all of the training materials on her own, from scratch, as the company was a start-up. She built the whole team and took us from under $500k per year to over $15 million per year! - Mickey Fain- I have known Jezika Therrien for six and ½ years.
