I’m Jezika Therrien, a Revenue Systems Architect and fractional CRO.
I make businesses work the way they’re supposed to—
regardless of industry.
How I Think
I don’t work on isolated problems.
I work at the intersection of revenue, operations, and client experience—
because that’s where most businesses break.
Growth doesn’t fail from lack of effort.
It fails when the system behind it can’t support it.
So I don’t optimize one function.
I redesign how the system works—
so everything aligns, and performance improves naturally.
My approach didn’t start in boardrooms.
It started in interior design—
where every system impacts everything else in a space.
Layout affects movement.
Lighting affects behavior and mood.
HVAC, electrical, and infrastructure shape what’s even possible in a space.
They all have to work together to create cohesion.
Nothing exists in isolation.
Everything is connected.
That’s where I learned to see systems as a whole—
not as separate parts, but as something that either works together or doesn’t.
I apply that same thinking to businesses.
Because the challenge is the same:
when the system is structured correctly, everything works better
Today, my work spans:
revenue and sales systems
operations and team alignment
customer and in-person experiences
Not as separate functions—but as one connected system
At Stoneside, this meant:
increasing close rates from 19% → 60%+
reducing marketing costs by ~22%
supporting 2500% revenue growth over 7.5 years
landing on the Inc 500 every year eligible during my tenure
Not through isolated tactics—but by changing how everything worked together
I’m typically brought in when:
growth has stalled or become inefficient
teams are misaligned
the business feels more complex than it should
or something is working—but not as well as it could
Because the problem is rarely the industry.
It’s how the system is structured.
I don’t add more noise.
I make what’s already there work the way it should have from the beginning.
I don’t approach growth as a series of disconnected initiatives.
I design systems that connect how a company grows with how it actually operates—across teams, channels, and experiences.
Because growth only works when everything around it does.
How I Work
I ask different questions.
I challenge assumptions.
I translate across teams that aren’t used to working together.
So what gets built holds up under real conditions—not just in theory.
I’ve spent my career building, scaling, and fixing systems across revenue, operations, and experience.
What I care about now is simple:
building things that actually work.
