Lens

How I work, what I look for, and why it works.

Most companies don’t struggle because they lack effort.

They struggle because things don’t connect.

Growth, experience, operations, teams—
all moving, but not aligned.

That’s where I come in.

What I See

I don’t start with tactics.

I look for where things break.

  • Strategy that doesn’t translate

  • Teams that move, but not together

  • Experiences that don’t drive outcomes

  • Revenue that feels harder than it should

Underneath all of it is the same issue:

Disconnection.

What I Do

I design systems that connect how a company grows
with how it actually operates.

That means aligning:

  • Revenue strategy

  • Client experience

  • Internal operations

  • Team execution

Not as separate initiatives—
but as one system that works together.

Because growth only works
when everything around it does.

How I Work

My work typically happens in three layers:

1 — Diagnose

Understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

Not just what’s visible—
but what’s causing it.

2 — Design

Build the system.

This can include:

  • Revenue and growth strategy

  • Go-to-market alignment

  • Client journey and experience design

  • Operational structure

  • Event and environment strategy

Everything is designed to connect—not compete.

3 — Direct

Support execution and decision-making.

I don’t disappear after strategy.

I stay close enough to ensure what we designed actually works in the real world.

Where I Focus

My work typically sits at the intersection of:

  • Revenue & Growth

  • Experiential Design (events, environments, journeys)

  • Advisory (leadership, decisions, alignment)

Not separate services—
different expressions of the same approach.

What Makes This Different

I don’t optimize isolated parts of a business.

I look at how everything connects.

Because that’s where growth either works—
or breaks.

Everything connects.
That’s the work.

Let’s build something that actually works.
→ Connect
